Bankruptcy and Your Student Loans
Nov 24th, 2008 by admin
While not necessarily offering a discharge of student loan debt, filing bankruptcy may still help in ways you wouldn’t have expected, as bankruptcy lawyer Kevin Chern explains. Visit www.TotalBankruptcy.com for more information on the bankruptcy process.
hmm….while filing for BKP does but a “hold” on the loans…interests continues to accrue…then capitalize…then make your payment higher.
I wish I had done that!
Yeah, file for bankruptcy and they decide what you are WORTH. And even if you can afford to pay the lier, er, lawyer (most want 2 to 4 thousand up front to do this), it is almost impossible for the working class to prove hardship discharge, IF they are single and still able to work. Never mind the fact that they don’t make enought to live on.
Face it. Student loans are nothing but debt slavery, without the prison.
pay off student loans with credit cards, then go bankrupt
Too many “you may be” and “possibly” statements there.
why dont you get a real fucking job instead of encouraging people to pay for shit that should be free to begin with. jew!
